Mary Alice Rossini is certified in the practice of psychiatry in the State of New York. She received her nurse practitioner education through Stony Brook University in 2002. Prior to obtaining her NP, she worked at LIJ Medical Center in many areas of medical nursing. She worked at an out-patient mental health clinic for 3 years in New York then relocated to Connecticut where she worked 11 years in private-duty nursing. For the last 5 ½ years, she’s been working in the field of hospice nursing, incorporating both medical and psychiatric/psychological skills.
