I have been a registered dietitian for over 20 years. I have had a private practice for 18 years specializing in weight management, disordered eating, sports nutrition, and other health-related diagnosis. \r\nI worked as a sports dietitian for the University of Southern California as well as the LA Kings hockey team. My true passion is to help people get healthy and truly take the time to understand the challenges that are standing in their way of getting there. I love creating practical solutions that will break through those barriers and help them create a lifestyle filled with feeling and and looking their best.
