Kristy Morrell, RD
Kristy Morrell is a highly experienced nutritionist who has built a robust career helping individuals transform their lives through tailored nutrition plans. Starting her professional journey as a Sports Dietitian at USC, Kristy gained extensive expertise working with athletes, particularly during her time as a sports dietitian for the LA Kings. Alongside her work with sports teams, she also developed a thriving private practice specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and weight loss.
Kristy joined GoldCare Health and Wellness at the request of Dr. Gold, moving to Naples to focus on her work as the Director of Nutrition, while continuing her private practice. With a passion for helping people achieve real, lasting change, Kristy has become an expert in guiding individuals toward better health through nutrition.
As the Director of Nutrition, Kristy plays a key role in shaping GoldCare’s approach to wellness and nutritional health. Her responsibilities include:
- Teaching and Developing Nutrition Classes: Designing educational content and resources to help members improve their eating habits and overall health.
- Wellness Leadership: Co-leading wellness meetings, offering insights and guidance to both members and the GoldCare team.
- Provider Interviews: Screening and interviewing new wellness providers to ensure they align with GoldCare’s mission and values.
- Support for Providers: Addressing questions and providing guidance to wellness providers as they help members on their health journeys.
Her work ensures that GoldCare members receive top-quality nutrition education and support, designed to empower lasting, positive changes.

Kristy has been married for 21 years and has two teenage boys, with whom she loves spending quality time.
