With a career spanning nearly two decades as a Hospitalist Physician Assistant (PA) and extensive experience in family and internal medicine, Deborah brings a wealth of knowledge and deep understanding of the medical system. Her administrative experience, overseeing PAs and NPs in hospital settings, adds to her comprehensive skill set, making her a pivotal figure in guiding GoldCare’s medical team.
Currently pursuing her fellowship in Functional Medicine through A4M, Deborah continues to expand her expertise, driven by her passion for delivering honest, ethical, and compassionate healthcare.
As the Advanced Practice Provider Director, Deborah plays a multifaceted role, contributing to the development and success of GoldCare’s medical team and services. Her key responsibilities include:
- Provider Guidance: Offering personalized health suggestions and regular follow-ups.
- Onboarding and Reviews: Overseeing the onboarding process for new providers, conducting medical chart reviews, and performing annual evaluations.
- Educational Support: Screening and curating educational content for both providers and members, ensuring the highest standards of knowledge and care.
- Community Engagement: Answering questions from members within the GoldCare community and assisting with lab orders through LabCorp.

When Deborah is not working, she enjoys life on her hobby farm, caring for her beloved horses, chickens, dogs, cats, and even a guinea pig. She loves horseback riding with her daughter and spending time with her family, which includes her husband, Tim, and their three children: Dalton, Clayton, and Savannah.
In her free time, Deborah also enjoys playing guitar and singing, making her home a place full of life, music, and connection to nature.
